Shopping Questions and Answers

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

Preparation is normally estimated at 12–24 elapsed hours. Transit normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated timeframes do not constitute guaranteed arrival dates.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at the relevant processing or delivery location. An elapsed-hour preparation estimate runs continuously from order confirmation and is separate from transit business days.

We will notify you if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, explain the revised estimate, and obtain any consent required by law to a delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund. If an order is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us; we will investigate and provide the applicable remedy.

The checkout displays applicable taxes and any duties we collect before payment. Where import charges are payable to authorities or a carrier, their treatment must be disclosed before the order is placed; free shipping does not create an undisclosed surcharge.

Can I return an order or exchange an item?

Request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition, with included components and packaging where reasonably available. Goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by our fulfillment error are eligible for the appropriate remedy; a defect is not excluded merely because it was discovered during reasonable inspection or use.

We pay return shipping for eligible returns, including eligible change-of-mind returns and our fulfillment errors. Give customer support your order details before sending a return so we can provide instructions and a prepaid label or another merchant-paid method. Do not send goods to the business address unless our return instructions confirm that destination.

Exchanges are not available. If you want a different item, request an eligible return and place a separate order.

After we receive the returned goods, we assess eligibility and initiate the approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of that receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit; that posting time is separate from our refund-initiation deadline.

These voluntary return conditions do not limit non-waivable consumer rights, remedies for faulty goods, or any refund deadline required by applicable law. Where the law provides stronger protection, that protection applies.

How can I pay or contact the store?

Please select from the payment methods actually available at checkout. A logo, product page, or this policy is not a promise that a particular wallet, card network, installment plan, or payment provider is enabled.

The checkout shows the transaction currency, item totals, taxes, and any disclosed charges before you confirm payment. Standard outbound shipping is free. Your provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account charges; consult that provider's terms.

Payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout. We may request proportionate verification or decline a transaction where required for security or legal reasons. If payment fails, check the details or contact your provider before trying again; contact us if you are unsure whether an order was placed.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method under the Refund Policy. We do not ask you to send complete payment-card credentials by email or telephone.
